Join Olia Hercules for an intimate dining experience where she will be cooking some of her favourite dishes from her book Summer Kitchen, at our Notting Hill gem, The Princess Royal.

Olia Hercules was born in the Ukraine and forged a career as a chef in the UK. She is the author of the award-winning cookbooks Mamushka, Kaukasis and most recently Summer Kitchen.
The conservatory at The Princess Royal will be the setting for each of the subsequent confirmed events, hosted by Georgina Hayden and Letitia Ann Clark. Each host will prepare a menu that showcases dishes from their recently launched cook books, and sits well alongside the Cubitt House ethos which focuses on the best quality ingredients and fantastic hospitality. Guests will have the opportunity to speak informally with each of the chefs and hear directly from them on the menus, cooking and the inspiration behind their cookbooks.
