THE MIRABEAU ENDLESS LUNCH AT THE ORANGE

Hosted by Chef Director Ben Tish and Stephen Cronk, founder of renowned Provence winery Maison Mirabeau. Join us at The Orange, Belgravia for the the MIrabeau endless lunch on 22nd June.

We’re thrilled to be hosting a Mirabeau Endless Lunch at The Orange this June. A specially designed 3 course menu carefully imagined by Chef Director Ben Tish alongside the perfectly paired Mirabeau Rosé. Join us on 22nd June. A day to sit back and enjoy our beautiful 1st floor dining room amongst friends. Forget the time and savour the moment. The perfect way to spend a summer afternoon.

We’re excited to be teaming up with Mirabeau for this day of fun. Eating and drinking with friends over a long, sociable and lazy lunch all sound like the perfect ingredients for a summer day very well spent.

Hosted by our Chef Director Ben Tish & Mirabeau’s Founder, Stephen Cronk, guests will be treated to a welcome class of Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé on the rooftop terrace on arrival followed by a three course feast to savour. Dishes include the bass crudo, with lemon and rosemary and our slow cooked Moorish spiced lamb with chilli lemon butter.

After years of dreaming and scheming, Jeany and Stephen made the decision to leave the leafy suburbs of South London behind in exchange for the blue skies and sunshine of Provence.  With three young children in tow, they held hands and leapt into the unknown.  Armed with big ambitions to make a world-class rosé wine, and willing to challenge established wisdom, they founded Mirabeau. They embarked upon the ultimate family adventure and created one of the world’s most loved brands of rosé. All over the world, people have fallen head over heels for these gorgeous pale pink wines. Delicate and divine, elegant and uncomplicated…they’re the good life in a glass. And of course, they taste delicious.

 

Guests will also have the option to pair the menu with the Mirabeau Rosé collection including the Mirabeau Pure Rosé 2023, the Mirabeau Etoile Rosé 2023 and the Mirabeau La Réserve Rosé 2022. To finish things off, and after a suitably Summery pudding of rose scented meringues, with Oloroso poached cherries, whipped mascarpone orange & turron baci all guests will be treated to a Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin & Tonic.

@robin.gill.food is taking control of the #DoughDiaries this month and what a pizza it is!

As Robin says, it is named after the fierce and wonderful women of Napoli who run the city. A tomato base pizza with fennel seed salami, Fiarelli, ricotta, chilli oil and finished with shaved pecorino and capers. The fennel seed sausage salami is made from scratch in our kitchens.

The key ingredient of the pizza is a traditional preserve called Friarelli. This is a nettle type leaf, which is cooked in oil, garlic and chilli and is made mostly by the women running the farms and households in Campania, Italy!
