PUB IN THE PARK WITH THE ORANGE

The Orange will be at Pub in the Park this summer. Serving up a Mediterranean inspired menu at Pub in the Park in Marlow and Chiswick.

We love being part of Pub in the Park. A brilliant celebration of the Great British Pub. The brainchild of Tom Kerridge, each festival celebrates everything there is to love about the glorious British pub; delicious food, award-winning chefs, epic live music, delicious drinks but above all else a fantastic time with friends and family. The UK’s biggest food and music tour.

The team from The Orange will be at Pub in the Park, Marlow 16th- 19th May. Our team of chefs will be spearheaded by Cubitt House Chef Director, Ben Tish who will also be hosting live cooking demos. Serving up a menu of southern Mediterranean inspired food and very much the sort of dishes you can now be treated to at the newly revamped The Orange, Belgravia.

We will also be at Pub in the Park, Chiswick 28th-30th June. With a fantastic array of chefs from across London and the South East it is a truly great day out. Fantastic food, music and lots of fun! The Orange will be there with a menu that includes pizzas like our Iberico pancetta pizza (a bit of a favourite) and our Mediterranean spiced lamb skewers or maybe our courgette fritti with aioli and nduja ketchup is your thing?

@robin.gill.food is taking control of the #DoughDiaries this month and what a pizza it is!

As Robin says, it is named after the fierce and wonderful women of Napoli who run the city. A tomato base pizza with fennel seed salami, Fiarelli, ricotta, chilli oil and finished with shaved pecorino and capers. The fennel seed sausage salami is made from scratch in our kitchens.

The key ingredient of the pizza is a traditional preserve called Friarelli. This is a nettle type leaf, which is cooked in oil, garlic and chilli and is made mostly by the women running the farms and households in Campania, Italy!
