The Thomas Cubitt have a 3 course Burn’s Night menu to savour this January 25th. They’ll be haggis and neeps and tatties, of course but we’ll also got some special extras like our Cubitt House smoked salmon and a truly fantastic Cranachan Pavlova, with whisky poached pears. All serenaded by the bagpipes, of course. Grab your kilt and join the fun to light up your January.
