The Thomas Cubitt have a 3 course Burn’s Night menu to savour this January 25th. They’ll be haggis and neeps and tatties, of course but we’ll also got some special extras like our Cubitt House smoked salmon and a truly fantastic Cranachan Pavlova, with whisky poached pears.
