You’re invited to the feasting tables of The Thomas Cubitt to enjoy a dinner spectacle created by Chef Director Ben Tish, Head Chef Ross Keeley, and the special culinary talents Valentine Warner and Robin Gill this September. Together we’ve designed a menu laden with wild splendour, foraged foods and the best-sourced venison and grouse. In the spirit of wild summer, Ross Keeley will work with local foraged foods and we champion produce from sustainable farms across the UK.
