As the last of the summer draws to a close, we invite you to delight in a game-laden feast, making use of late summer’s wild larder at The Thomas Cubitt Belgravia, in collaboration with chefs Valentine Warner and Robin Gill.
You’re invited to the feasting tables of The Thomas Cubitt to enjoy a dinner spectacle created by Chef Director Ben Tish, Head Chef Ross Keeley, and the special culinary talents Valentine Warner and Robin Gill this September. Together we’ve designed a menu laden with wild splendour, foraged foods and the best-sourced venison and grouse. In the spirit of wild summer, Ross Keeley will work with local foraged foods and we champion produce from sustainable farms across the UK.
With Hepple Spirits serving a curated cocktail menu and paired wine options, don’t miss this wonderful ode to late summer.
