Now in its 25th year Streetsmart have raised over £12 million since launching in 1998 with the help of over 2,000 restaurants. This year we want to help Streetsmart raise even more to help give homeless people a shelter and home and we can only do this with your help. In the run up to Christmas we are adding a voluntary £1 per table to your bill. At the end of December, we will pass on all of these £1s to StreetSmart. They then use them to support local reputable charities tackling homelessness.
“Cubitt House raised an astonishing £22,000 last year to help their local community. The monies raised have helped homeless people sleeping rough in Marylebone, Belgravia, Chelsea and Notting Hill. It seems that both the staff and customers of their pubs have embraced StreetSmart with a big, caring, Chirstmas hug”
Glenn Pougnet, Director of Streetsmart

Every single penny goes to help – none of it is spent on administrative or promotional costs.
Across the UK, StreetSmart funds projects helping rough sleepers access food, shelter and support during the winter months. They are also looking at the long term through our partnership with LandAid focusing on providing safe, secure and affordable homes for young people.
“StreetSmart is an integral, treasured component of the London dining scene. Each year, the capital’s best restaurants take part to help those caught up in the misery of homelessness and it remains a vital, simple way to pay the spirit and generosity of a great meal forward. Over 25 years, the altruism of restaurateurs and their diners has achieved truly great results and helped make a lasting difference to so many lives.”
