Fishing responsibly and sustainably is very important to us at Cubitt House. Wright Brothers understand that sustainability is a journey and are committed to regularly reviewing their Sourcing and Sustainability Policy to ensure it meets their high standards.
The coastal team works with smaller boats that use the most sustainable catch methods – these include pot-caught crab and line-caught wild sea bass – in line with the MSC Good Food Guide.
