Cubitt House eats with series V – Sabrina Ghayour

To close this year’s Cubitt House Eats With series, we are delighted to welcome chef, supper club host and food writer Sabrina Ghayour to The Grazing Goat.

For one evening, Sabrina will serve a generous feast inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. Expect dishes such as Feta, Tarragon & Spice Rolls, Labneh with Garlic, Tomatoes & Mint, and Nihari-style Lamb Shanks, designed for sharing and lively conversation around the table.

Guests will be welcomed with a drink on arrival before settling in for an evening of convivial feasting.

An optional wine pairing will be available and guests will leave with a signed copy of Sabrina’s forthcoming cookbook, Persiana One. One Pan. One Tray. One Pot.

The world is your oyster. We prefer ours on ice with plenty of lemon.

It’s said oysters are best enjoyed in months with ‘R’s’ in them, which makes September a very welcome return.

Oyster season is back, the ice is piled high and the tabasco is ready for those who can handle it. We are very much here for it.
