To celebrate the recent relaunch of The Orange and all things Pizza we have put together a pretty mouth watering guest chef series, our Dough Diaries. First up and throughout the month of May is our very own Ben Tish.
Ben’s pizza is called ‘The Flower Garden’ with a nod to The Chelsea Flower Show which kicks off on 21st May, just around the corner from The Orange. This a beautiful pizza made using the very best of seasonal ingredients at this time of year. Made with ricotta, peas, broad beans, courgette, a salsa verde, lemon zest, feta and edible flowers, this is British Spring on a pizza and full of zing, flavour and freshness!
🎄 And to top it all off, on the 12th Day Of Christmas 🎄 THE GRAND FINALE OF THE CUBITT 12 DAYS we have teamed up with our very good friends of the brand @countrycreaturesuk and @hugoandursula to give you and NINE of your favourite friends and family, the chance to be the first through the door of the @countrycreaturesuk NEW OPENING in 2025!! 🗝
The creators of the @doubleredduke will be adding more bedrooms for the Double Red Duke & unlocking the door to its new sister property, a ten bedroomed country house in The Cotswolds!
