Guests will enjoy a menu that showcases dishes from the recently launched cook books with all our guests having the opportunity to speak informally with the authors and hear directly from them on the menus, cooking and the inspiration behind their cookbooks. A very special night out and a pretty inspiring list!

After our first two brilliant events with Sky McAlpine and Genevieve Taylor we can’t wait for the four remaining cookbook authors of the series to be cooking up a storm at The Princess Royal.

On April the 4th we will have the British-Palestinian chef, multi-award winning and best selling author,  Sami Tamimi. Perhaps most well known for his co-writing of books such as Jerusalem and Ottolenghi: The Cookbook with Yottam Ottolenghi and Tara Wigley. His newest book Falastin is a love letter to Palestine, the land and its people; an evocative collection of over 110 unforgettable recipes and stories.

Last but definitely not least is Jacob Kenedy one of London’s leading restaurateurs. He will be at The Princess Royal on 5th July.

In 2008 he and his business partner Victor Hugo opened Bocca di Lupo, an award-winning independent restaurant that pioneered sharing small plates, and continues to champion Italy’s regional diversity. Jacob has also written three successful cookbooks – his book Bocca: Cookbook follows Jacob’s journey travelling the length and breadth of Italy over the course of a year, gathering up his favourite recipes which inform the menu at Bocca di Lupo. This book is a thrilling and exotic journey through the true flavours of Italy.

We were delighted to host @amykentrugs X @linwood_fabric at The Orange, welcoming local brands, interiors designers and press for a morning of design and conversation. Their new collaboration, a collection of handcrafted rugs inspired by bold colour and timeless craftsmanship, was the perfect fit for London Design Week. As a space rooted in thoughtful local design, we loved bringing London’s creative community together to showcase this project.
