101 THAI KITCHEN SUPPER CLUB

The chef team at The Coach Makers Arms, headed up by Stuart McLaney, have been working on a special, one off menu alongside the brilliant and hugely popular 101 Thai Kitchen. We are thrilled to share with you this fantastic food at our supper club on 27th July. We’ll be serving up a menu of pub classics but with a heavy authentic Isaan and Southern Thai twist. 101 Thai Kitchen is one of the UK’s oldest restaurants specialising in the food of Isaan (north eastern Thailand) and the only restaurant specialising in the food from Southern Thailand. Serving authentic dishes many of which are not what we have come to expect from a Thai restaurant.

The evening will be hosted by Sutti, Executive Chef at 101 Thai Kitchen and Stuart, Head Chef at The Coach Makers, where they will talk through the concepts and origins of the dishes they will be serving.

Following the supper club on 26th July we will be also serving some of these Thai inspired dishes as specials alongside our normal a la carte menu for the following two weeks, until 11th August.
