DJ Nikki Beatnik is playing from 9pm -11pm — a true force behind the decks who’s played for everyone from fashion week royalty to Formula 1 toBeyoncé herself. Expect a set that will keep you dancing all night long.
On the drinks list: the Blood Orange Picante (our classic Blood Orange Margarita reworked with Szechwan heat), the Sour Cherry Ramos (silky, citrusy and sharp), the Jalisco Lawn (a grassy, herbal riff on a Paloma) and the Casa Fuego (bright, smoky and a little bit dangerous). Both the Blood Orange Bar and Casamigos were made for nights like this. So grab your mates, find your spot at the bar and get ready for a proper party.
This month’s Dish with Tish is a proper end of summer roast: Beef Sirloin, Pink Fir Potatoes and Chilli al Forno with Salmoriglio on the side.
