On the drinks list: the Blood Orange Picante (our classic Blood Orange Margarita reworked with Szechwan heat), the Sour Cherry Ramos (silky, citrusy and sharp), the Jalisco Lawn (a grassy, herbal riff on a Paloma) and the Casa Fuego (bright, smoky and a little bit dangerous).
