Each one is handmade in house with layers of clementine jelly, white chocolate ganache, Victoria sponge cake mince and more, all encased in 70% dark chocolate from @pumpstreetchocolate, made with single origin Haiti beans, and finished with a delicate chocolate brush and feuilletine crunch.
