CUBITT HOUSE EATS WITH… GENEVIEVE TAYLOR
In March we will be hosting Genevieve Taylor. Gen is the author of twelve cookery books including the bestseller, Charred. A proud omnivore, Genevieve is on a constant mission to prove that great BBQ isn’t just about Man vs. Meat, although that said, her latest book, Seared focuses on the science of cooking good meat over good fire. A biologist by training with a lifelong love of nature; sustainability and seasonality are at the heart of all she cooks. When she’s not cooking with fire, Genevieve can usually be found outside walking her dogs in the woods, growing a few good things to eat on her Bristol allotment or listening to rather a lot of music.
Tickets are £75 for a three-course menu including a welcome drink and a signed cookbook. This event will take place on our grand shared feasting tables in either one of our private dining rooms: The Victoria Room or The Charlotte Room.
