The fourth and final instalment of the Cubitt House Eats With series brings MasterChef 2018 finalist and Head Chef at Maison François, Matthew Ryle, to The Alfred Tennyson. Known for his refined yet approachable cuisine and mastery of classic French recipes, Matthew will curate a three course feast served around shared dining tables in the main restaurant. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink courtesy of Hayman’s Gin and take home a signed copy of Matthew’s cookbook.
