Our third instalment of the Cubitt House Eats With series takes us to The Orange, where we welcome Josh Katz, co-owner and chef of London’s acclaimed Berber & Q, the Shawarma Bar, and a kiosk in Spitalfields market. Known for his bold and flavourful cooking, Josh brings his signature style to a three-course feast around shared dining tables in the main restaurant. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink courtesy of Hayman’s Gin and leave with a signed copy of Josh’s cookbook.
