For the third instalment of Cubitt House Eats With, Chef Director Ben Tish welcomes Sugen Gopal, chef and founder of cult favourite Roti King, to the kitchen at The Alfred Tennyson.
Cooking from the Roti King Cookbook, Sugen brings his deeply loved recipes to Belgravia for one evening, celebrating the vibrant street food traditions of Malaysia. Expect bold flavours, generous plates and the joy of sharing food around the table.
Guests will begin with a drink on arrival before gathering at shared tables for a feast of Sugen’s signature dishes.
An optional wine pairing will be available on the night and guests will leave with a signed copy of Sugen’s cookbook.
