A one off very British menu with Ben Tish and Virginia Coates. All paired with delicious Coates & Seely English Sparkling wine. Celebrate British produce at its best this June in our beautiful Victoria Room at The Princess Royal. With a menu including seasonal favourites like Fried Courgette Flowers, Chalk Stream Trout, Asparagus and Jersey Royals. Many of these ingredients coming from the chalk Downs surrounding the Coates & Seely vineyard in Hampshire.
