From 24–26 April, Mark Hix takes over The Blood Orange Bar, bringing a touch of Soho with him. Expect the Hix Fix, English Sparkling Wine with Morello Cherries and Somerset Cider Brandy, alongside the Temperley Sour, a West Country nod to a classic.⁠

This Easter, we’ve turned our hand to something a little more indulgent, with a playful nod to a pub classic. ⁠

Crack through a shell of Pump Street 70% Dark Chocolate to find a Clementine Yolk, wrapped in Chocolate Cake Crumb and finished in White Chocolate. ⁠
