You’re invited to the feasting tables of The Thomas Cubitt to enjoy a dinner spectacle created by Chef Director Ben Tish, Head Chef Ross Keeley, and the special culinary talents Valentine Warner and Robin Gill this September. Together we’ve designed a menu laden with wild splendour, foraged foods and the best-sourced venison and grouse. In the spirit of wild summer, Ross Keeley will work with local foraged foods and we champion produce from sustainable farms across the UK.
With Hepple Spirits serving a curated cocktail menu and paired wine options, don’t miss this wonderful ode to late summer.
Extra, extra — this year’s olive oil is in. Hand-picked in Tuscany, pressed within hours and now pouring at your local Cubitt House pub. Used across our seasonal dishes and available to buy in-house, it’s well worth a taste.
We’re thrilled to be back at the @alfreddunhillpadelclassic for a second year with a Mediterranean-inspired menu cooked over an open fire. Think Grilled Prawns, Lamb Chops with Salsa Verde and more, all served up by @ben.tish and the Cubitt House team.
