MAISON CUBITT ROSÉ

MAISON CUBITT ROSÉ

Our very own Cubitt House Rosé or Maison Cubitt Rosé, in fact. Available in all our pubs and perfect for those long summer lunches. Try a glass or maybe a bottle.

Produced in foothills of the Estérel mountain range which spans the coast or Provence. Our Maison Cubitt Rosé is that perfect Rosé colour, a pale salmon which brings aromas of ripe citrus, alpine strawberry and fresh white blossom on the nose.

This wine has a  perfectly refreshing palate for those summer days, to be enjoyed at any one of our 9 pubs and especially in our gardens and on our terraces.

Our Maison Cubitt Rosé comes from a family Chateau in it’s 5th generation currently run by two brothers, Martin and Matthieu Savatier. The south-facing vineyards are grown on distinctive red, volcanic soil which benefit from warm, sunny days and are cooled by the Mistral wind from the sea, delivering a certain elegance and freshness to the wines.

This Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Tibouren and Cinsault grapes harvested at night in order to retain their delicate aromas and then fermented separately before blending.

A delicious and enjoyable wine with a refreshing palate to enjoy over the summer at any one of our pubs. The perfect post work drink or with lunch or supper. Your Maison Cubitt Rosé.
