Your chance to develop and build both your classic and modern pastry skills while working at Cubitt House.

Our experienced Executive Pastry Chef, Neradah Hartnett is leading a 12 week Pastry Academy for Cubitt House chefs interested in expanding and refining their pastry skills. This course covers everything from the perfect creme anglaise, or tarte tatin, how to save a split ganache and of course all types of pastry, as well as meringues, ice cream, cakes, biscuits and even popcorn.

We are committed to a diverse training and development programme for all our staff to support progression both professionally and personally and our Pastry Academy, launching in February 2023, is just the latest part of this initiative.
