Our experienced Executive Pastry Chef, Neradah Hartnett is leading a 12 week Pastry Academy for Cubitt House chefs interested in expanding and refining their pastry skills. This course covers everything from the perfect creme anglaise, or tarte tatin, how to save a split ganache and of course all types of pastry, as well as meringues, ice cream, cakes, biscuits and even popcorn.
